A UK Internet Filtering Service designed to make the Internet "safe" for kids. Where the difference comes in, though is that the material is "pre-filtered", meaning that they act like an ISP, rather than a program on your computer that merely blocks words with too high of a flesh-tone count or objectional words like "Sussex", say (*coughcoughnotunlikewhatScientologyusescough*). It was in the news recently, as New Zealand is apparently testing it. [1]
