Jesus Devilacqua

If there's one person in the Church of the SubGenius who deserves credit for his selfless efforts more than anyone else (except Rev. Ivan Stang and "Bob" himself), it would be Jesus Devilacqua, the Lord Jesus Christ Himself! Or at least one of many Jesii…specifically, the Jesus who joined the SubGenius Foundation in 1996 to help keep the mail-order business afloat. Over the years, Jesus' contributions to the Church have included:

• Founding the sacred X-Day gatherings at Brushwood
• Receiving the image of the Dobbs Ikon and making it into a marketable product
• Managing the SubGenius Foundation, Inc.
• Marrying Reverend Magdalen – the lucky bastard!
• And, most of all, supporting Magdalen and their son in their time of greatest need, when the Conspiracy robbed them of their child in 2006.

Richly deserving of the title "The Lord," Jesus is one of those souls who has gone out of his way to support and aid the members of our Church as much as possible, and he has rarely been rewarded or even thanked for his efforts.
