- 1 pound pork butt, untrimmed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Ground spices:
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2/3 teaspoon ground coriander seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 5 teaspoons cold water
After mixing ingredients together, cover and refrigerate at least 48 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
