COMON

COMON or "Community of Nations" is a league of nations in known existence. There is no governmental body in which any business is conducted and, by design, the league passes no laws or regulations. The league is comprised only by nations and territories that recognize each others independent existence. Nations like Baseballia, which does not recognize the existence of any foreign nation, and Stadymia, which has no known means of contact, are not members of the COMON.
