Cast Iron Chaos: Hardgore

A rare foray (1975) into XXX/splatter. A girl is interned in a mental hospital that performs gory sex orgies at night. Would be fairly nasty, except that the main character is a sleepy-eyed vixen who can keep those attracted to women happy even through some gory castrations and beheadings.
