Now here's an interesting little idea. This is a Web-based service that encourages users to share their favorite Web links, in a manner similar to peer-to-peer file-sharing. The idea here is to sort the useful and quality links from the junk and spam, allowing the more noteworthy links to float to the top like cream in a milk bottle. The end result: their Popular Links page is a constantly-updated newsblog that covers all kinds of topics!
