There are two different Illegal Arts, though they're both similar.

An art exhibit project by Stay Free magazine, they've released a DVD-R and CD of various works that are contested in the realm of copyright law.

An organization that works on supporting Fair Use rights. They've worked with RTMark and put out some releases including Deconstructing Beck, Extracted Celluloid and Commerical Ad-Hoc. This one is hosed by Detritus.net.
