Cook BACON until slightly crisp. Add uncooked macaroni, onion, green pepper, and garlic. Saute until macaroni turns slightly yellow, stirring constantly. Cook the meat in small frying pan to render out fat, drain if needed. Add to macaroni mixture. Add tomato juice and seasonings and heat to boiling. Cover and cook on low heat 20 to 30 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
When warming up left-overs, add more tomato juice.
