Wok-n-Puke

It's called "wok-n-puke" because you make it in a wok, and that's what it looks like when it's done. But it's fast, cheap, yummy, and nutritious (I hope)! Preparation time: about 20 minutes.

This will serve two people, or one big dish for one person. If you want to serve three people, or two big dishes for two people, double the amount listed above.

If you're using fresh spinach, boil the spinach first. Drain the excess water from the mushrooms and spinach.

Crush the dry ramen noodles into bits, and keep them in a bowl or cup.

Put some of your shredded cheese into the bowl or dish you'll be serving the food in, and put the bowl or dish aside.

Dump your hash into the wok (I love using my wok, but a deep dish frying pan will do), and heat it up. If you prefer your hash with spices or flavorings, add them now. When the hash is soft and hot, dump in the spinach, mushrooms, and crushed ramen noodles.

Heat it all up, mixing thoroughly. The ramen noodles will absorb the excess water; the spinach and hash will blend together nicely. When the noodles are soft and everything is hot, it's done.

Put the hot concoction into your bowl or dish, on top of the cheese. Put the rest of the cheese on top of the hot food. Nuke it in your microwave for about one minute, to melt the cheese. This way there is cheese on top and on the bottom, and it mixes all into the food.

Take it out and admire its disgusting-looking consistency. Add pepper or whatever, stir to mix the cheese, and eat.
