Easter Basket Hash

Oh, what's a family to do with all of that left-over Easter candy? Have we got a recipe for you! And it's edible.

For kids, anyway.

• 1/2 stick butter
• 3 cups marshmallows
• 1 cup chopped up or shredded marshmallow Easter Peeps or bunnies
• 6 cups rice crispies
• 1/3 cup jelly bellies or chopped regular jelly beans

melt the butter on low heat in a large pot.
add the regular marshmallows, let them melt while stirring the butter marshmallow mixture.
when the goo is nearly all melty add in the chopped Peeps
Stir just a little bit
Turn off heat.
Immediatly add rice crispies and jelly bean and stir until all the cereal is consistently covered in goo.
Pour into a 9x12 baking pan.
Pat down with spatula with non stick spray or butter on it.
Chill in fridge for at least 10 minutes.
