Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookie

This cookie recipe is so easy, you may wonder why they bother selling cookie dough at the store. The ingredients needed are as follows:

And that's it. If you want to mix in chocolate chips like we did here, then that makes it a four ingredient cookie!

Pans needed: One 8-inch (#5 sized) cast iron skillet. One medium sized bowl to mix the dough. You could also bake these cookies in a muffin pan, or press the dough into smaller cookies and bake them individually on a baking sheet.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix together ingredients: 1 egg, 1 measured cup of peanut butter, and 1 cup of granulated sugar. When they are all well combined into a very thick paste, spread the dough into the pan. You don't have to grease the pan in advance! The peanut butter provides its own grease.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. The rule of thumb is: When it smells done, it's done!
