Mail back from admins at both carno.net.au (the Canberra regional hub) and bohm.anu.edu.au swear blind that they can't do a damn thing to trace or even log who is using the news server in this fashion, because bohm.anu.edu.au is a student machine with 10,000 accounts on it.
