Grady Ward No. C 96-20207 Dear Ms. Ayala, On November 1, 1996 I wrote a letter to you responding to a letter from Thomas R. Hogan dated October 25, 1996 in which he wrote that "Plaintiff believes these materials may be forgeries." [referring to Exhibit A. of the Declaration of Grady Ward re NOTs Series 1-54 (Txu257326) Publicly Available in Sweden]. In my letter to you I asked that if the plaintiff be given access to the sealed Exhibit A, that they be supervised to prevent defacement or destruction of the document or the authenticating apparatus. The court responded to these letters by issuing a further Order to keep the Exhibit A sealed. I now have learned from correspondents in Sweden of the theft and substitution of forged NOTs documents in a separate parliament theft, and a theft from the Primary Court discovered on November 10, 1996. (Exhibit 1, 2) Somehow the plaintiff, as reported by counsel Hogan, knew *before the theft and forgery was discovered*, that the Swedish documents would be found "forged." The incontrovertible conclusion is that the plaintiff, RTC, was the mastermind, a conspirator, or an accessory before the fact of a theft and forgery of documents from some of the highest political and judicial offices in Sweden. Besides provoking an international incident, this theft interferes with the instant litigation to falsify and destroy material evidence before this court, and tends to confirm my allegations of fraud and other racketeering activities by the plaintiff within my Amended Answer and Counterclaim and the need for a Temporary Restraining Order. I am going to complain to the U.S. Attorney, as I hope Judge Whyte does, of the latest smoking gun of obstruction of justice by the plaintiff, RTC, in litigation before his court. This outrageous behavior must be stopped. Please preserve the original letter of Mr Hogan to you as evidence (Exhibit 3.) I once again urge you to take greater than usual precautions to prevent tampering with evidence within the case file in this litigation. I am soliciting declarations from the appropriate officials in Sweden and will be presenting them to the court and U.S. Attorney as soon as they are available. The copies of the NOTs legally obtained by Mr Ek from Sweden filed by me as Exhibit A was in fact an authentic version of the NOTs obtained before the theft and substitution in Sweden. In the course of time, first Keith and then Grady, received official copies of public NOTs from Sweden. Not from the parliament, but from the Chancellor of Justice and from the primary court respectively (we do believe in the freedom of choice in this country). On October 25, the Honourable Servant of the Law Mr. Hogan filed a brief, claiming that these copies are forgeries. This morning I received a phone call, informing me that the primary court copy had been stolen and replaced by forgeries. The scienos never learn, I thought. I went to the court and checked for myself. Quite right, all what was left of the NOTs was the first page. The rest had been replaced by other scientology crap. Nota bene, not any crap in general, but scientology crap. The court staff had noticed the fact themselves and hit the alarm. The dear scienos, that have been borrowing the document "for reading", had stolen it. What they didn't count on, was that there would be a safe-bound and sealed forgery-proof copy around. Such a copy happened, by pure coincidence, to be in my hand when I went to the court. The court clerk received a copy of her original document, stamped and sealed for genuineness by herself. No question of forgeries, and the NOTs are back where they belong. As an extra bonus we have some of Hubbard's non-secret policy letters in public file. So, after the parliament theft, came the court theft. What next? Reasonably, the Chancellor of Justice theft. And to the Chancellor I went. A scieno was blocking the documents, "reading". I had to wait at a café nearby until the office closed and he left, whereafter I was admitted in to check. Yes, you guessed it right. The original was stolen and replaced by crap here too. But after the theft at the parliament, the Chancellor's office had taken precautions. Out of the safe came a safety copy of the original NOTs. The theft became apparent without any need of me to prove anything, and the original document is back in its place here too. They were smart those scienos, weren't they? They continued to read-block a document that they knew was forged, just so that nobody would notice the forgery or suspect them for it. What this strategy lead to instead, was that their admission of guilt became apparent to all. Servant of the Law, Honourable Mr Hogan (I trust Grady can fill in the rest of the titles), I am sorry to inform you that your noble plans of eating the cake and having it have failed again. Please make new plans. The hour got late and I didn't have time to check the Department of Justice NOTs. Is there anyone out there that wants to bet one crown that they have been replaced? I give a 1:100 odd and your curiosity will be stilled tomorrow. * You know now how eager the media are for sensation. And I have to tell you that Sweden is not too well accustomed to repeated thefts of public documents from state authorities. The discovery of two more thefts over and above the previous one, and especially considering that they occured at the offices of the guardians of the law, well, that is sensation in our provincial end of the world. Consequently I had once again to axle the task of appearing on TV, for the fourth time in two weeks, to tell people what I think of the CoS. Later in the evening, at a bar, I had the opportunity to assert that the people do watch television and that my public smearing of the CoS really does have the intended effect. I have no privacy any more, but I have a lot of fans instead. The CoS seems to have none. … Berlingske Tidende, a major Danish paper, run an article yesterday. Well, kind of more than just an article. Full-width top-front-page introduction and two full inner pages. BT (not "Body Thetan") is not a tabloid; two pages are almost half a book. It will take 629 issues of Freedom magazine to wash away half the damage done to the CoS by this article. The article referred the OTs and NOTs quite extensively. While the BT journalists were still working on their article, the scienos visited them uninvited and delivered a dossier containing proof of my crimes and debts and general bad character. Some people call that "dead agenting" by an incomprehensible term. At my explicit request, the paper published these deadly facts, thus giving the readers the opportunity to draw their own conclusions on the characters of everyone involved. … I have plans of sending information about the parliament theft, the primary court theft and the Chancellor of Justice theft to the nazi authorities in Bavaria, that so wrongly accuse the poor scienos of being untrustworthy civil servants. Another report of the theft and forgery of NOTs documents in Sweden [Note: "OSA" is the Office of Special Affairs, the undercover arm of the Church of Scientology. For the moment Swedish Scienos guard the NOTs at: - the Parliament (several, with an OSA-Rottenfuehrer), - The Primary Court of Stockholm (several, with an OSA-Rottenfuehrer), - The Department of Justice (two Swedes), and - the Chancellor of Justice (one Swede). Rottenfuehrer = corporal in nazi-SS. OSA-Rottenfuehrer = American- speaking man, chief for the others. The outcome has been - the Parliament: NOTs stolen [by OSA] and replaced by Zenon, - The Primary Court of Stockholm: NOTs stolen [by OSA] and replaced by Zenon, - The Department of Justice: NOTs stolen, but theft observed, - the Chancellor of Justice: NOTs stolen, but it wasn't the original.\ In the Department of Justice the Scienos' theft was observed, and they were asked to give back the stolen pages. After that, they were guarded by Security Wardens. Then they tried to erase the text with an enamel, but were observed. After that they must sit in front of a Warden, when they read, or pretended to read, the NOTs. "Stolen" means, they exchange everything except the first side with other Hubbard texts. The bundle looks as thick as before. In neither of the above four cases their tactic works. Other citizen are always allowed separate copies to read, even if they perhaps must await a new copying. At no place is the original lent to the Scienos any more. (But to me, e.g..) The Registrars look upon the Scienos as some sort of vermin. Several Chief Judges at the Primary Court of Stockholm meet and discussed the situation today afternoon. They decided to arrange the things as at the Parliament: the Scienos may sit with a Security Warden at the entrance of the administrative office of the Court.
