In another setback for the bend-over-and-spread-your-cheeks criminal cult
of scientology, the Swedish lawyer Per Magnusson of Stockholm, Sweden was
accused of lying in a sworn affidavit submitted in the RTC v Ward
litigation (C 96 20207 Nothern District of California).
 
Per Magnusson, a member of the firm of Dahlman Magnusson, was contradicted
in several points of his key testimony by officials at the Swedish Justice
Chancellor's Office. His testimony was offered by the criminal cult of
scientology to show a "conspiracy" between Grady Ward and Zenon Panoussis
to distribute the cult literature that it characterizes as a "trade secret"
in order to continue to defraud individuals and to materially hasten the
death by individuals such as Lisa McPherson -- who was found dead after
scientology processing with cockroach bites on her hands and suffering
extreme dehydration.
 
The Chief Prosecutor's Office in Sweden is investigating.
 
Grady Ward has filed a complaint of fraud with District Judge Ronald M.
Whyte and along with Zenon Panoussis has formally complained to the Swedish
prosecutor's office.
