He told me that unless I took the COS material down from my area at EUnet right away, then EUnet would take it down. My reply to him was that I was certainly not going to take the pages down and EUnet has consequently removed the pages. I fully understand that EUnet did this following competent legal advice concerning their fear for running a risk of being held liable, so I really cannot blame them in any way for acting in the best interest of their company. For my own part, I was looking forward to meeting the COS lawyers in court, and as I have told Mr. Allan Cartwright, a representative of Miss Helena Kobrin's office who phoned me yesterday, I would have warmly welcomed and strongly encouraged any legal suit whatsoever from them against me. Firstly, I am convinced I would not have lost any legal suit brought against me from the COS, but more importantly, even if I should have been held liable in court, I would still have regarded *that* an honour of the most profound kind, and I would have put such a verdict in glass and frames and given it the most prominent place in my living room. Well, the fight against organized crime in the shape of the Church of Scientology is not over. Others will take over, the files will be moved about. I quote Mao Zedong: 'Renmin zhan qilai le!' We have all in fact all risen to fight this monstrous organization. Like our approach to any disease threatening the very foundation of mankind and its values in a similiarly grave way, AIDS, malaria, ebola, cancer and the Chinese Triades spring to mind, we will not rest until the last remains of the evils of the Church of Scientology is washed away from the streets, thrown into the dustbin of history and its cold and ugly corpse is placed on eternal lit de parade in the history books. We have risen and we will not rest. We will fight on the beaches, in the streets, from roof to roof, in the back alleys, in the woods, in the media, on the net, in our legal assemblies, we will teach our children to do the same.
