  I have recieved Email from my ISP telling me to stop posting /
hosting the NOTs or else, so I shall.  While I still believe that RTC
is committing fraud using the courts to supress religious dissent, I
can't argue that unless I am sued.  And I can understand that Best
does not want to get butt fucked by RTC.
   Even if they did make this decision wth letting me present my case
in person, AND without letting me see the correspondance with RTC - I
have reason to believe that several of their claims are lies.
  At least I still have my account.
  I have no idea what RTC has in mind for me.

   I still stand by my actions, but need to find another avenue to
express my displeasure.  Like picketing.  Showing up at hearings.

  Or trying to get Judge Whyte removed from the bench.

  I picked up a packet from the 9th circut a while ago about how a
non-party can complain about a Judge's conduct.  I hope to soon scan
it in and make it available to the 'net for comment.
   I do have evidence (if not proof) of Whyte's judicial misconduct,
as well as proof of his bias and incompetance.  However, putting it
all together and submitting it in quintuplicate will take a fair
amount of time.

  The rules are that I can not complain about something that is
appealable.  I can not complain about bad decisions.  I can use the
history of bad decisions and indications of misconduct contained
therein.
  I get 5 pages to submit, with an unlimited amount of attachments.
The idea it to make my argument is short and sweet, and append proof.
