Magnusson and Leander arrived accompanied by two younger Swedish guys. These identified themselves as body guards to the lawyers and showed security company IDs. It beats me completely why the lawyers would need body guards in the premises of the bailiff, which by the way are among the more secure of authority offices (they're used to very angry people). Although I can't be quite sure, I decided that chances were that the beef were there in order to have a look at me, know what I look like. What speaks against that is that the lawyers didn't want to have any look at me at all; they wanted to discuss with the bailiff alone. Also, if the beef wanted to take a look at me, the easiest thing would be to wait outside my house. There are a few alternative theories: - the lawyers tried to intimidate me by the presence of the beef; - the lawyers have taken the opportunity last week's harassements gave them to increase their status by employing body guards at the expense of the CoS; - the harassements were graver than indicated and the lawyers got really scared. Anyway, I didn't take any chances with the beef, but asked to be shown out another way and took an hour off the bailiff to damage the CoS elsewhere. In the afternoon I spent some hours with a new computer technician going through my diskettes, searching for text strings. There were all sorts of files there; plain text, executable, packed and encrypted. Some GIFs and JPGs were there too and some empty diskettes. I told him I have most existing steganography programmes. He got extremely frustrated at the futility of his work and promised not to come back. The RTC picks the bill. The bailiff was due with a decision on diskettes and Syquests, on my principal objections to the enforcement of the court decision, on the CoS' requests for new searches and for my questioning, among other things, but didn't make one. The CoS lawyers argued that the OTs and NOTs have never been made public (idiotic persistency this, a parrot would do better) and the bailiff is afraid of making the wrong decision. She postponed it again and I reached my limit of patience. End of honeymoon with the bailiff. I pointed out to the bailiff in writing that I was wearing a T-shirt with Hubbard's copyrighted text on it in the very premises of the bailiff. I invited her to determine whether it was part of the OTs or NOTs and take it in custody if she found that it was. I also advised both bailiff and the CoS lackeys that as from tomorrow, I will be receiving on the mail one diskette every working day, five days a week, containing the OTs and NOTs, and that I am prepered to surrender these diskettes in custody of the bailiff *at my home*, but do not intend to deliver them at her offices. I particularly pointed out that if the CoS really believes that I shouldn't be permitted to possess these files, then they should make the bailiff pay me a visit every day and that if they fail to do that, they will be my laughing stock again. The bailiff is considering the bright development potential of this situation already (and will probably sleep badly), while the CoS lackeys will have the news in the mail tomorrow. I think that if the bailiff makes the wrong decision, *I* will be complaining on formal grounds if they don't come fetch the damned diskettes every day. It pisses me off that the bailiff was able to make a decision within minutes when my disks were to be taken, but is not capable to reach a decision in days when the disks are to be handed back. I'm not very agreable when I'm pissed, I tend to find ways to make other peoples' lifes more miserable than they already are. Arriving at home I found a new lawsuit, the one in the penal case arising out of the motion of the scienos that the penalty that was fixed earlier now be levied. I really can't believe what I see. Make a note, if you ever need a good lawyer in Sweden, or even an average one, or just any but the worst one, go elsewhere than to Dahlman Magnusson.
