Has anyone heard of such a method before? What an innovation! Unfortunately for the CoS, the parliament carries on with the copying and would probably - if a deliberate strategy to limit constitutional access to the documents can be shown - make more copies available for on-the-spot reading. As it is now, they have sectioned a special NOTs reading room. Anyone in need of scieno pictures for his collection, take your camera and go there. The CoS has always claimed that the NOTs would bring immesurable damage to the person that reads them without being ready for them, and that they therefore have ecclesiastical reasons to keep the NOTs confidential. I wonder now what happens to all those poor low-level scienos that are forced to sit at the parliament day in and day out reading NOTs. Dagens Nyheter, the main Swedish daily, carries again an article today about the NOTs at the parliament. Part of the article made the front page. TV4, the third non-satellite Swedish channel, just inteviewed me for the news. A disgrace; I was recently up from bed, unwashed and unshaved when they knocked on my door. Then again, I can't refuse an interview on this subject, so I had to go through with it. Unshaved or not, I will probably be more sympathetic to the general public that knows nothing about the CoS, than the CoS people ever can be. What do you know, in a while we might even have an investigation into the CoS' methods of business. I was re-reading "Dissemination of Material" last night, a most interesting work by a certain L Ron Hubbard. Didn't he write that scienos should never speak with journalists? The CoS people must not forget the words of its Great and Beloved Leader. Z --- oracle@everywhere: The ephemeral source of the eternal truth...
