I just learned that the scieno demand for seizures at the parliament has been denied by the bailiff. Big surprise. So I ask again: Per Magnusson, educated in law and a member of the bar, what makes you humiliate yourself to the degree of arguing motions that a first-semester student of law would know are crazy? What makes you go begging for denials? Why do your clients pay you to ridicule them in public? Why don't you concentrate on what at least could have an air of serious legal work, instead of flooding the courts with 20-page nonsense at a time, three times a week? Why do you degrade the legal profession and yourself to this indescribably low level? And why don't you realize that you really are hurting your clients by loosing them and yourself every ounce of respect the courts might have had? And while you're at answering my questions, please, answer this one too: did you follow my advice to ask the RTC for payment in advance, or will you also be bankrupt when I come to collect costs and damages? You realize, I hope, that the day for that is approaching rapidly, and it's all the result of your lousy legal work. Z --- oracle@everywhere: The ephemeral source of the eternal truth...
