I believe that I've now taken enough shit 
from the bailiff, not to need any more. 

The bailiff has advised me that they will 
come on Tuesday to seize the "Material" 
in my possession. Instead of making an 
independant definition of just what "the 
Material" is, the bailiff choses to 
misinterpret some of my statements against 
me, while disregarding others.

The bailiff intends to seize among other 
things an unopened envelope mailed to me 
by the primary court, that probably (but 
not certainly) contains a copy of the 
public NOTs. Understand: in executing 
the primary court's decision, the bailiff 
intends to seize an object that the same 
primary court sent to me AFTER its said 
decision. If that's not absurd, I don't 
know what is.

The bailiff has also begun to play 
procedural games, trying to stop me from 
appealing before the seizure.

The bailiff seems to have adopted the 
notion of the scienos, that it is possible 
to use seizure in order to seize the pure 
information, as opposed to defined physical 
objects. Both bailiff and scienos need to 
be taught that information in itself cannot 
be seized.

I have therefore decided the following:

1. The seizure is public. Anyone interested 
   in attending is welcome (but I do retain 
   the right to refuse entrance to my apartment 
   to anyone who smels of clam).

2. When the bailiff arrives, my printer will 
   be busy printing NOTs directly from the 
   net. It will continue printing until the 
   bailiff tires and goes away *leaving NOTs 
   behind*. I will then make as many copies 
   of the NOTs on paper and on diskettes, as 
   those seized plus one before I stop.

Considering that the NOTs will be sent directly 
from the net to the paper without being 
stored on the hard disk or otherwise in the 
computer, the bailiff cannot take the computer 
or the printer. Anyone that wishes to, may take 
pictures of the faces of the bailiffs waiting 
for the printing to stop.

Finally I advise by this article the scienos 
and the bailiff, that the Free Church of 
Scientology in Stockholm also has NOTs in its 
possession. As the church is an entirely 
independant legal body, the church's possessions 
cannot be seized within the executive process 
against me.
