Well, here is penance and bettering. Per Magnusson, one of the lawyers that represent the CoS in the myriad of cases against me, signed an affidavit under oath saying among other things that I filed the NOTs with the Chancellor of Justice and the Department of Justice. He also stated in the affidavit that he had personal knowledge of these facts. The CoS filed the affidavit in the case against Grady. Nothing wrong with this, except that the affidavit is false. I may have filed NOTs with the parliament, but I never filed them with the two institutions of justice as Magnusson claims. So after I obtained a written statement from the Chancellor of Justice saying that it wasn't me who filed the NOTs there, I reported Magnusson to the prosecutor. And so did Grady. Today Per Magnusson's false affidavit made it to the news. A couple of weeks late, but in a really good report on the long midday national news. They name Grady, explain the connection between the NOTs at the Chancellor of Justice and his case, they interview Magnusson, who claims that he got his facts from my postings, they then state that they checked these postings and that there is no cover for Magnusson's claims in them, they continue by reminding that his law firm was involved in turbulence in the autumn for threatening individuals that had requested the NOTs from the parliament and they conclude with an interview of the secretary general of the Swedish bar association, who says that a Swedish lawyer has an obligation to check his data very carefully before putting them in an affidavit under oath, even if the affidavit is to be used in the USA, and that a failure to check such data properly could very well result in disciplinary measures. I'm looking forward to seing Magnusson prosecuted for maintaining scientology's high standards of ethics and moral, AKA committing perjury. Keep count: a lawyer lying openly under oath, two thefts in the parliament and three at other authorities. Probably also an attempt to manipulate public opinion through a false shooting. And - of course - abuse of the courts, their specialty. Scientology is doing well in Sweden. They will soon have merited the same treatment here that they are currently receiving in Bavaria.
