The occurances described took place several months ago. Z ************************************************************ "I visited the Chancellor's [of Justice] office today to order copies of public common papers. Background: after [name deleted by Modemac]'s theft, the NOTs file is anchored to the dispatch counter with a chain, and only borrowed to guard-duty Scienos between 9-11 am. The office have the Dispatch Foreman standing behind the counter watching the Scienos. As this costs money, and the Foreman - really a first class fellow-worker to the Chancellor - has many other things to do, the Chancellor has reduced the normal five hours borrowing time to only two, but only for the 'Scieno' file. All others public common papers are still available the regular five hours. I happened to come 10:55 am, and went straight to the depopulated counter and the chained, unused file. A woman, who had been sitting in a corner reading a Woman's weekly, screamed, that SHE read the NOTs. - No, I said, you read that weekly. She then began to shove shoulder with me. - You caress me, I told her. In that case, I hope you don't mind, if I cup my hand around your left breast? She screamed again, but left from now an inch of air between us. She was still so near me, that she could follow every page I read in the file. I just turned over the pages at lightning speed to check, that every interesting paper were there, and not stolen again. Exactly 11 am I gave back the file to the Dispatch Foreman and went away. The woman ran after me, and demanded headstrong, that I must tell her my name, which I of course didn't. She then said, she would tell me her name, and which organization she represented, but I left without listening. - To hell with it!, ended my part of the conversation with her. Half an hour later, I called the office, and ordered copies of the NOTs and some other public common papers. That had been my real task with the visit. The Chancellor's two interesting memos about the NOTs as public common paper for perpetuity were in the file, as I expected. The Scieno's protection of the NOTs is still more imbecile than is told above. The Office has made several copies of the NOTs. A visitor, who asks quietly, politely and hints, he is no Scieno, is shown to a separate room, where he is left in peace reading the NOTs without being pestered by any Scieno guard. The wardens look sometimes as rather high-level Scienos, and those women - it's most women - are dressed fashionable and expensive. They are aggressive and self-confident. Other men and women look outright poor with shy gaze and shabby clothes. Not so few of the younger ones are probably salaried with ALU by the Swedish Co$. That is to be on the dole combined with a parttime job in one of several Swedish versions of federal assistance allowance. Most wardens are thus salaried with taxpayer's money. Co$ is their employer. It's according to law, even if the 'job' in question is supposed to be something more serious than sitting and gazeing upon a bundle of papers. Most wardens at the Primary Court are students making an easy earned income while studying a textbook with the NOTs package not even opened. The students prefer the Court, where they get five hours income a day instead of only two at the Chancellor's. One can't determine whether they all are active Scienos. Many are. Others got the job with the help of some Scieno relative to earn money. Background: student, unemploid, work-shy etc. >From the Scientology point of view the behaviour is deliberate, never forget that. They create heroes and heroines fighting for the so called church against the evil world around. That is first class stuff for 'Freedom'. The Scientology group of companies has the business idea to build up an elite and cadre organization with passive obedience as the foundation. The cadre's nonsensical custody of the NOTs as public common papers fits the elite's greed. The passive obedience must be so indoctrinated in the cadre, that the question of rationalism or no rationalism is not supposed to arise among the wardens. It does nevertheless. None believes in any pneumonia risk. They gladly read the NOTs as much as they want. One employee at the Chancellor's office has chatted with them. He told me, that the Scienos are quite aware, that their tiring job is a meaningsless one, which hasn't prevented a single visitor from reading the NOTs or ordering a copy. Their devotion gives way as a consequence. Nowadays some of them arrive half an hour too late, if they are showing up at all. The wardens simply see through the official propaganda and doctrine." ************************************************************ --- oracle@everywhere: The ephemeral source of the eternal truth...
