Date: Wed, 07 May 1997 15:35:37 +0200 Organization: - Lines: 22 Message-ID: <33708529.F4524118@dodo.pp.se> NNTP-Posting-Host: dialup79-1-4.swipnet.se Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit NNTP-Posting-User: s-40153 X-Mailer: Mozilla 4.0b3 [en] (Win95; I) CC: Madame Kobrin , The Twit X-Priority: 3 (Normal) The ruling came today in the case against me, in which the RTC demanded that I would be forced to pay a fine of 50.000 crowns (appr USD 7.000) for filing the OTs and NOTs with the court and for distributing them to a closed circle. The scienos lost, completely, and have to pay my legal costs, SEK 45.000 (appr USD 6.500). What can I say? Congratulations for yet another Big Win! Appeal? Of course they will, although the ruling is very well motivated and very sound. Not only will they appeal against better judgement, but they will also acuse me of abusing the legal system and wasting its resources. Freud (isn't he a honorary member of ARSCC?) talk about "projections" but then, what did Freud know? So it's OK, I'm used, and if it makes the scienos feel better, let them argue and let them appeal.
